The rotary press operates continuously at low speed (< 1rpm) to develop a pressure differential and frictional resistance to effectively dewater various types of sludges. It’s simple design, coupled with a low operational speed, results in prolonged service life, minimal maintenance and energy consumption. The pre-assembled, compact, plug and play system is designed for ease of installation and operation. It’s capacity can easily be expanded by increasing the disc diameter and the number of chambers.
